Since 101.7 the Fox was taken over by a Top 40 radio station earlier this year, fans looking to find hard-hitting, metal-influenced rock are left very few outlets. The Last Day Saloon, long a standby for Fox-sponsored shows, continues the hard-rock tradition. This week, Filter, most recognized through their 2000 tune “Take a Picture,” comes to the venue bringing some much-needed rock influence back to Sonoma County.
