Charlie Hunter can usually be found playing bass lines, rhythm guitar and solos simultaneously on one of his custom-made, eight-string guitars. At the age of four, his mom packed him and his sister in a yellow school bus to head west, landing in Mendocino County. Their travels led them to Berkeley and, as they say, the rest is history.
