The Guerneville Flood Project: A Wayward Roof

It's not the boat in this picture that's unusual. Boats floated down the street in Guerneville all the time in 1986.No, what's uncommon is the sight of an entire roof floating down the street.

Looks like the phone pole stopped it just in time, but we still have to wonder: Where did the roof come from?
