I was in the Boy Scouts when I was 14 years old. We would have loved to have weapons to protect our world. The difference is, that we were trained to use weapons for hunting, or self defense.
Something has gone wrong.
One of the main architects of Common Core just went to head the SAT Testing. The plan is to make Common Core mandatory learning for all Waldorf School and home educators, if they wish to take the SAT exam in the near future.
Common Core, by Big Corporate Business, is being run into schools through the Ipadding of our children.
No one is even mentioning the many ill effects of WiFi radition proven out by many scientific and medical studies.
Children need to unplug and connect back with their natural rhythms of the natural world , not get plugged into a culture that relies on technocracy, capitlizing on nature for net bottom line profit and shopping for personal pleasure as our primary value systems.
We are golden, we are stardust, and we must get back to our gardens...
Thanks for the review, Nick. Just got back from the event -- delicious
Sonoma County Community and Local Law Enforcement Task Force (continued)
The Task force is charged with:
1. Reviewing options for a model for an independent citizen review body.
2. Reviewing and recommending options for community policing to be considered with the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 budget process.
3. Reviewing and recommending whether the Office of Coroner should be separately elected from the Office of Sheriff.
4. Bringing to the Board of Supervisors any additional feedback from the community on these issues that merits County attention by the end of 2014 and discuss staff generated efforts on these issues. These duties are described more completely in the Community and Local Law Enforcement Charter, approved by the Board of Supervisors December 10, 2013.
Re: Policing the Police
There's no need for another petition.
The Sonoma Community and Local Law Enforcement Task Force was created following the tragic shooting death of Andy Lopez by a Sonoma County deputy sheriff to address four important issues necessary for community healing through the convening of 21 representative members of the community and ultimately making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. The Task Force has been created for a one-year period that will conclude December 31, 2014.
Reality check wake up call for Steve & all who get suckered into believing that ghosts exist.
They don't. When a person dies the flesh body becomes empty of the eternal spirit that God placed in it. Done deal.
God is Spirit & we are created by Him as spirits that dwell in a flesh body while on earth. Our spirits never die but they do pass from this earthly realm into another realm.
The spirit/person who accepted the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ while still on earth will enter heaven and the all who passed without having Jesus as their personal Lord & Savior enter into a temporary place of torment called Hades. One day God will have His great white judgment and all who were in Hades will be cast into the lake of eternal fire(Hell).
The element of evil that does exist on earth are demons. All who practice any form of the occult have access to connect with them. No ghosts floating around but plenty of angry and wicked demons. The wise choice is to get right with God today and avoid hell one day.
Sorry folks but Satan is the master of deception & lies. He and his buddies are the true culprits of all paranormal stuff. I learned this first hand years ago when I was involved in an exorcism of a young woman. The demons spoke to me and the Holy Spirit cast each one out. Pretty cool experience! Gods best to all who read this and look up to live & live ready!

I wonder why a large amount of these tech giants sent their children to non-tech schools?
The site Retirement And Good Living has some great guest posts by boomers and recent retirees and what they are doing during this stage in their lives. They are working at staying healthy, sailing full time, starting businesses based on hobbies, RVing across the US and New Zealand, backpacking across the globe, volunteering with the Peace Corps, retired overseas and more. It gives you a good perspective of the possibilities.

Anthroposophy School refuses outright to prepare children for life in a tech-driven world. Instead, they leave children without tools, or understanding, that computers, mobile phones, ipads, etc are just inanimate devices. The kids can come away believing the evil/Ahrimanic/demonic demonic devices control their own behavior and even brain function, because unlike their peers they haven't been taught something as basic as how to manage technology.
People pay good money for Anthroposophy School, which is certainly their prerogative. But prospective Waldorf parents, don't be surprised when you find yourself shelling out tutoring money on top of tuition because your children have been deliberately denied STEM education. At the same time, the children (and parents) are told they are getting some kind of superior schooling.
Digital divides are one thing. But deliberate digital divides in the name of absurd, esoteric beliefs from World War 1 era Germany is about as counterintuitive as you can get, in 2014. I guess some people think that is a good thing.
Do your own research - it's possible. BlackCrayons blog: http://bit.ly/1jqi8Af
A very balanced article. Kudos to the author, and to the schools that are enabling children to grow up in a healthy, balanced relationship to technology.
Hideous. Sadistic. Vicious. Murderous. That is how Noam Chomsky describes Israel’s 29-day offensive in Gaza that killed nearly 1,900 people and left almost 10,000 people injured. Chomsky has written extensively about the Israel/Palestine conflict for decades. It’s another one of the periodic Israeli exercises in what they delicately call "mowing the lawn". That means shooting fish in the pond, to make sure that the animals stay quiet in the cage that you’ve constructed for them, after which you go to a period of what’s called "ceasefire".
"In the Occupied Territories, what Israel is doing is much worse than apartheid," Chomsky says. "To call it apartheid is a gift to Israel, at least if by 'apartheid' you mean South African-style apartheid. What’s happening in the Occupied Territories is much worse. There’s a crucial difference. The South African Nationalists needed the black population. That was their workforce. … The Israeli relationship to the Palestinians in the Occupied Territories is totally different. They just don’t want them. They want them out, or at least in prison."
"An eye for an eye" has always been the motto of those who live under the Mosaic Law--injury for injury, injustice for injustice, death for death. There was love and mercy and forgiveness even under the Mosaic Law, but those who practice it today have focused on justice and judgment rather than mercy and forgiveness, and their justice has become injustice and their judgment has become the slaughter of the innocent and the butchery of the helpless.

No mention of Anthroposophy in Waldorf schools? Why not? It is the force that drives the "anti-technology" aspect of Waldorf education. Why wasn't that researched for this article? If you don't discuss the influence Ahriman brings through technology, you haven't discussed Waldorf. Sure, we see lots of satisfied parents who are still at the school. Did we hear from parents who were disappointed and disgusted at what they found underneath the promises? Google The Waldorf Review for the reactions of parents who weren't caught up in the nonsense.
Charlie, no, there is not help. Why does everyone say, "There is help"? People: please stop lying. There is no help.
