Re: “A Cajun Midsummer Night's Dream

Saw it opening night. It was brilliant! My favorite part was the 4 lovers. Their timing and delivery was fantastic. It's a great show to bring a date too. Lots of laughs and smiles.

Re: “33rd Annual Festival of Art, Wine & Music

I have been to this event for the past 10 years! The music never disappoints. TWO stages bursting with talent on top of the dozens of beer varieties. Last year they even had amazing margaritas. This is a great community event, i brought my little ones and they had fun at the petting zoo, rock wall and so much more!

Re: “Mahalia Jackson: Just As I Am

We were fortunate to see Mahalia Jackson: Just As I Am last weekend. It was an astonishing performance by Sharon E. Scott portraying Mahalia. The energy and emotion she committed to her portrayal made you feel the life and experiences of Mahalia. Sharon E. Scott's story of writing the play is also inspiring and adds to the magic and intensity of the play. Her voice is wonderful and her spirit channels Mahalia. A must see, even if you don't remember Mahalia Jackson.

Re: “LinkedIn Local Marin June Mixer

This is a great club featuring live music most nights, nightly Happy Hour, Thursday night 6pm wine tasting and tasty appetizers, and fine dining. (San Rafael's summer Farmers Market makes Thursday night parking a bit more difficult.) The club features several rooms, including front and back bars seating around 20 people, and a large central room with stage for the live music events. A large, two-story public parking lot is just behind the club, making parking fairly easy.
