Restorative Resources is a great organization + we are lucky to have it here in Sonoma County. Another local organization, Center for Restorative Process, provides a curriculum + trains facilitators to help schools build a positive culture based on the values of restorative justice. This includes positive support for problem-solving and community building before things get to the stage of needing restorative justice intervention. See www.CenterForRestorativeProcess.com, where you can download a curriculum + training manual for free. Experience shows that building this kind of foundation also helps to support positive outcomes when student behavior escalates to where restorative justice intervention is needed. Thanks!
