      <![CDATA[We were living in Guerneville during the flood, and we went into Santa Rosa to pick up our son and get supplies and had to come back via Monte Rio due to the high water. Our family (and our dog) had to leave our car in Monte Rio and this photo shows how we, too, along with our dog, made it across the river.
