      <![CDATA[I was very excited when I read the article about Sumbody skin care products that I called right away to schedule the "free skin consultation". Complete disappointment came when I showed up for such consultation and after waiting in the store for half an hour, none of the employees, including who I think was the store owner, could figure out what I was there for.
