Nationally-renowned Chef Cindy Pawlcyn of Mustard’s Grill, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen and CP’s Wood Grill will demonstrate & delight us with her original wine country California cuisine. Chef Cindy won the Robert Mondavi Award for Culinary Excellence, the Fine Beverage and Food Federation’s Career Achievement Award, and is the author of four cookbooks.
