Upstairs Art Gallery: Now exhibiting the Chinese brush paintings of Judith Cunningham. A reception will be held on May 11, 5-8 PM, with refreshments . Cunningham is known for excellence in interpreting traditional Chinese philosophy and techniques in her brush paintings. She studied for twelve years with a Chinese master where she learned to create beautiful watercolors using her knowledge of Eastern painting. After moving to Sonoma County, she studied withSusan Adams and other well-known artists learning “western” watercolor. She has blended both traditions into a style all her own.
