This class will guide you to develop a healhier relationship to disturbing emotions. These include sadness, anger and fear and their relatives: grief, depression, irritation, rage, hatred, envy, jealousy and anxiety. Using insights from the Buddha and modern psychology, plus mindfulness exercises, we'll give you the means to transcend your habitual reactivity and to choose more skillful responses to triggering situations.
