TIPPING THE SCALES: THE MICHELLE “ROCKING HORSE” GARCIA STORY, an engaging story of a transgender woman who uses her music to change her life and inspire others, will have its North Bay premiere at the Occidental Center for the Arts Friday March 22 at 7 p.m. The screening will be preceded by a Q & A with the documentary’s director, Gary Carnivele. The event is a benefit for the Occidental Center for the Arts.
