TRX is a suspension trainer that uses gravity, and your own body weight, to increase core & muscle strength, joint stability and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises are designed for ALL LEVELS.
TRX Intro Express offers you 25 minutes of basic instruction introducing you to TRX exercises. These drop-in classes will be the same each time.

TRX Warriors experience a progressive 45 minute class designed for you to push yourself to your next level of fitness, with just the right amount of coaching.
