Chef Tony Najiola of Petaluma’s Central Market restaurant joins Fresh Starts Chef Events to share a farm-fresh menu. Chef Tony was born and raised in New Orleans, arriving in Petaluma via kitchens in New York and San Francisco. He opened the Central Market restaurant in Petaluma in 2003. Ticket price includes dinner; wine will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit shelter and job-training programs at Homeward Bound of Marin.
