Born and raised in New Orleans, Chef Tony Najiola is the great grandson of a Sicilian vegetable farmer. His farm-to-table Central Market restaurant in Petaluma serves rustic California-Mediterranean cuisine, combining American recipes with wine country sensibility. Originally drawn to Petaluma for the town's rich agricultural roots, Chef Najiola purchased land nearby for a farm several years ago, which now supplies an organic bounty directly to his restaurant. Join us for dinner and a demonstration with Chef Najiola as he shares his delicious recipes.
