Develop a meditation practice or further your current practice in our 4-week Meditation Series. We will provide you tools and space to support your personal meditation practice in a group setting.
We will cover:
-How to sit comfortably for 10-15 min with some easy yoga postures
-Expand on different types of breath work in meditation: easy yogic breath, circular breath and other forms of pranayama.
-Tools to refocus the mind as it wanders
-Journaling
