Chef Gator and BX Winery present an exclusive prix fixe dinner. Chef “Gator” Thompson has a reputation for being adept with flavor as well as his infectious personality. He’s excited to present his culinary creations, which he describes as “Creole, if New Orleans was in California.” Dinner will include pairings from BX Winery, a small-batch, limited-production winery started by Bex Bishop, a Napa Valley native with a global soul.
