Attendees will taste through five single origin chocolates as the authors share their tips and tricks to working with cocoa beans from around the world and demonstrate the transformation of nibs and sugar into the smooth and delightful treat you love. Attendees will receive 10% off the book during the event, and two of its authors will be available for signing.
